All services are subject to individual project agreements, scopes of work, and contracts agreed upon between Ngenda Group and the client prior to project commencement. Project Agreements & Contracts
All projects undertaken by Ngenda Group are governed by a formal written agreement or contract that outlines the scope of work, project timeline, payment terms, deliverables, and responsibilities of both parties. No work will commence without a signed agreement in place.
Any changes to an agreed project scope, timeline, or budget must be submitted in writing and formally approved by both Ngenda Group and the client before implementation. Ngenda Group reserves the right to adjust project timelines or costs in the event of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, regulatory changes, or material supply disruptions.
All quoted prices are valid for the period stated in the quotation. Ngenda Group is not bound by quotes after their expiry date.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Ngenda Group website — including text, images, logos, graphics, project photographs, and design materials — is the intellectual property of Ngenda Group and is protected under applicable copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or use of any content from this website is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Ngenda Group.
